You can request a "Small Business Assistance Guide" either from the Chamber or the Village. Contact the Village of
Bartlett directly for licensing information. The Small Business Center of
Elgin Community College has a wealth of information that can help with small
business plans, finances, marketing, etc. They also provide appointments with a counselor.[847-888-7368 or www.elgin.cc.il.us]
